Getting started is easy! Simply browse our site, select a studio membership or preferred program. The Studio Membership gives you access to our workouts, excluding programs on a month to month basis. If you choose a program, it’s a single purchase and has an expiration date assigned to the program. At checkout you will be prompted to create an account and access workouts or programs from your dashboard.

Of course! You can filter the level option of your workout when you sign up to our studio membership.

You can do any of our workouts and programs with your preferred equipment. You can buy our bands, straps and belts via our SHOP tab. 

You can track your progress and see your next workout in your dashboard!

You can sign up for a 7 day free trial to our studio membership! After that you will be charged your subscription selection. 

You can cancel your subscription at anytime but you will be charged for the month of sign up and not the future month.  

Once a program is purchased it is final sale. When purchasing a studio membership, you can cancel anytime and it will be cancelled for the following months payment not the month it was cancelled. 

We do! If you’ve bought a program or studio membership, you will automatically be given a discount at checkout. 

At this moment we do not have gift cards, but you can purchase a studio membership under someone else’s email to gift to them!
